What is a wish list?

Here at Synx we use the term "wish list" a lot...but what does it actually mean?

As you start the journey into inbound you will hear a lot of ideas, tactics, strategies and ways to do things. This is great but it can become overwhelming; where do you start, what's most important for you and your business, what's the plan of attack? To simplify, when we have finished our workshops and run the first epic, we develop a wish list for you of tactics and fixes we believe will give you the best return. We rank them from high to low impact and high to low effort and recommend the highest impact for the least effort to drive business improvements. At the end of each epic we review, revise and update the wish list in line with strategy.
