Once we have an idea on what you would like to achieve over a 90-day period we put together a recommended plan that has points allocated to the various marketing and sales activities it takes to help you meet those goals.
Our sales and marketing programs are meant to custom fit your needs so you won't get 2 blog posts or 3 social media posts per month. We work with you to determine what needs to be done. With that being said, all of our programs include strategy, implementation, execution, reporting, business reviews, and even experiments.
That's no problem! We appreciate any insight you can give us and will do our best to work that in our plans. We also understand that various requests might come up during an epic so we do leave a bit of wiggle room in our plans to tend to those.
Our programs start with what we like to call the "first date" period. This is where we get to know each other a little more and determine if we're a good match. After that, we move into the discovery phase where we break down your current state of play and talk through your challenges, goals, and opportunities so we can pinpoint the exact solution for you.
Once we have proposed said solution and you've accepted, we then move into strategy development. At this point, we get a lot more personal and really dig into the details, the data, and the tech to help us put together a new process and roadmap for your sales and marketing team. It's off to the races there as we implement the plan and kick into an always-on, 90-day approach.
There is no real answer to this question. If we're speaking strictly marketing, you must realise that it is a long play game and it takes dedication and time. We recommend investing in a marketing program for at least 6 months before starting to see real changes.
However, when implementing changes within your sales process the results can be seen more quickly. This, of course, requires buy-in from your whole team.
