What is a point?

Our points are based on the value an activity creates for you as a customer rather than on how many hours it took for us to complete. Once we have an idea on what you would like to achieve over a 90-day period we put together a recommended plan that has points allocated to the various marketing and sales activities it takes to help you meet those goals. 

What’s included in each program?

Our sales and marketing programs are meant to custom fit your needs so you won't get 2 blog posts or 3 social media posts per month. We work with you to determine what needs to be done. With that being said, all of our programs include strategy, implementation, execution, reporting, business reviews, and even experiments. 

What if I want to make a request for what to include?

That's no problem! We appreciate any insight you can give us and will do our best to work that in our plans. We also understand that various requests might come up during an epic so we do leave a bit of wiggle room in our plans to tend to those. 

What is the process to get started?

Our programs start with what we like to call the "first date" period. This is where we get to know each other a little more and determine if we're a good match. After that, we move into the discovery phase where we break down your current state of play and talk through your challenges, goals, and opportunities so we can pinpoint the exact solution for you. 

Once we have proposed said solution and you've accepted, we then move into strategy development. At this point, we get a lot more personal and really dig into the details, the data, and the tech to help us put together a new process and roadmap for your sales and marketing team. It's off to the races there as we implement the plan and kick into an always-on, 90-day approach. 

When should I expect results?

There is no real answer to this question. If we're speaking strictly marketing, you must realise that it is a long play game and it takes dedication and time. We recommend investing in a marketing program for at least 6 months before starting to see real changes. 

However, when implementing changes within your sales process the results can be seen more quickly. This, of course, requires buy-in from your whole team. 

Do these programs include SEO and PPC?

All of our inbound marketing programs do focus on building organic traffic. If you're looking to add pay-per-click to your plan to boost results, that is something we can do. Just let us know and we will be more than happy to talk it through with you!

Does this include the cost of HubSpot?

So, you must purchase a HubSpot software subscription outside of the Synx program Fortunately for you, we're a Diamond Partner and can work with you and a HubSpot rep on the subscription fee. Get in touch with us so we can chat through the best option! 

How long are the programs?

We run our programs on what we like to call 90-day epics. You aren't locked in to any time commitments or contracts, but we do believe there has to be at least 6 months before results can be seen. 

What should my marketing budget be?

It differs for everyone, truthfully. However, we believe that in order to have tangible results and growth you should be spending no less than 10% of your revenue. If you want to work out your marketing spend, feel free to download our budget templates
