Ever feel like you need to up your game?
As last year drew to a close, I knew I needed to take my HubSpot skills to the next level, so I started exploring what that could look like. I soon discovered the HubSpot Super Admin BootCamp; a groundbreaking six-week program that promised to be the ultimate journey of learning, growth, and networking with like-minded professionals.
Exactly what I was looking for ✅ ✅ ✅
Without hesitation, I added my name to the waitlist and eagerly awaited the start of this unique opportunity.
My journey with HubSpot started five years ago when I first explored the Sales Hub as a sales user. My skillset has grown and evolved since then, and I'm proud to say I'm now the Senior Development and CRM Team Lead for one of Australia's top-ranking Diamond HubSpot partners, Synx.
As a developer, I'm always keen to dive deeper into the HubSpot universe and discover more of its capabilities, which is why the HubSpot Super Admin Bootcamp was right up my alley. As expected, it met my expectations, providing me with invaluable knowledge and connections – and further catapulted my growth in the industry.
Below is a brief breakdown of what the HubSpot Super Admin Bootcamp entailed and my personal experience
Bootcamp Breakdown
The Bootcamp ran for six weeks total, during which time participants worked through a structured program that covered advanced topics in HubSpot, including marketing automation and custom objects. Each week, expert facilitators and mentors guided us through a series of assignments and projects, allowing us to build upon our existing HubSpot knowledge and master advanced skills that will transform our careers.
In the first few weeks, we explored the basics of HubSpot portal setup, best practices for forms, properties, reports, files, naming conventions, and many other things. We then went into advanced marketing automation, including creating complex workflows and optimising campaigns for maximum ROI. We also delved into custom objects and reporting, discovered how to manage complex data structures, and gained deeper insights into what it means to be a HubSpot Super Admin.
An advantage of the Bootcamp was the opportunity to network and collaborate with other HubSpot professionals. We worked on collaborative projects and assignments with our peers, sharing experiences and learning from each other's successes and failures. This was facilitated through an exclusive online community and a dedicated Slack workspace.
Because of the time difference between Australia and the United States, I was unable to attend the live sessions in person, however all sessions were recorded with live captions and chat logs though, making it feel almost as if I was present.
Upon graduation, we will earn a valuable HubSpot Super Admin certification, showcasing our expertise to the world.
